Some projects cry out for “before” pics because the change can hardly be believed.. This is one of those projects. A loft in a former factory. Two choppy apartments were combined to one stunning loft space… with a kitchen overlooking the East River… and a new, casement glass enclosed office space that invokes similar rooms the factory manager himself might have occupied in the building’s former incarnation.

The kitchen backsplash mosaic is a custom design recalling vintage chinoiserie. The client indeed had no fear of style and charm… as the blush pink living room bookcases and floral shower mosaic can attest to !
